ABOUT KVTR
KVTR CM is a privately held real estate development and construction management firm based in New York City, co-founded by industry veterans Konstandinos “Gus” Vorillas and Tony A. Raouf. Together, the partners bring over three decades of hands-on experience in urban real estate investment, construction, and development. Since the 1990s, the duo has been actively acquiring, repositioning, and developing residential and mixed-use buildings across the five boroughs, building a portfolio defined by quality craftsmanship and long-term value.
RECENT PROJECT
The firm’s most recent flagship project, Noble LIC, exemplifies their commitment to forward-thinking, design-driven development. Located at 27-09 40th Avenue in Long Island City, Noble LIC is a 46-unit luxury condominium that blends classic materiality with modern amenities. The development features a hand-laid white Norman brick façade, European windows, Porcelanosa interiors, and private outdoor spaces for every unit. Amenities include a fitness center, rooftop lounge, and pet spa—highlighting the firm’s emphasis on both function and lifestyle. The project has been recognized with first place in the Mixed-Use Division of the American Institute of Architects Queens Design Awards.
